Resolution authorizing execution of a Primary Grant Agreement (PGA) with San Mateo County Transportation Authority for future Measure A and W funding (304) Reso 16275 Recommendation: 1. Adopt a resolution authorizing City Manager to sign and execute a Primary Grant Agreement (PGA) with the San Mateo County Transportation Authority for future Measure A and W funding over the next 10 years; and 2. By motion, authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute project-specific supplemental agreements for allocation of Measures A and W grants over the next 10 years. CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 6.D. Award of contract for 2024 Pavement Overlay Project - Redwood Avenue to maintain roadway surface and add roadway signage, bikeway striping, and speed cushions to increase safety for people walking and riding bicycles to Granite Rock Company, with funding of up to $1,224,174 provided from Measure A and W grants and Senate Bill 1 (304) Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute contract documents and award the standard form construction contract for the 2024 Pavement Overlay Project - Redwood Avenue to Granite Rock Company of San Jose, for their responsive and responsible low bid of $1,112,885 to be funded from Measures A and W grants and from Senate Bill 1, waive certain minor irregularities as set forth in the staff report, and authorize the City Manager or their designee to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10 percent of the amount awarded, for a total amount not to exceed $1,224,174.
