(304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, determine that due to the nature of support services, a competitive bidding <br />process is not likely to serve the best interest of the City, and approve and authorize the <br />City Manager to execute an Agreement for Services with Davey Resource Group, Inc. to <br />provide tree inventory services in an amount not to exceed $281,050 (requires 5/7 vote). <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.F. Agreement for Services with Pump Repair Service Co. for water pump preventative <br />maintenance and on-call repairs (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for <br />Services for water pump preventative maintenance and on-call repairs with Pump Repair <br />Service Co. for a one-year term through 2025 in an amount not to exceed $235,215, <br />including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for two additional two-year <br />periods through 2029, for a total contract not-to-exceed amount of $1,248,788. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br /> <br /> 6.G. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Services with One Workplace for storage and <br />delivery of furniture for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the <br />Agreement for Services with One Workplace for storage and delivery of furniture for the <br />Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center, increasing the not-to-exceed amount by <br />$32,733 from the General Fund, resulting in a total contract amount not to exceed <br />$134,639. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.H.
