Learn why this is important <br />Dear Mayor and Council members, <br />Living just a few blocks away from Woodside Road (highway 84), I am concerned about the <br />businesses noted for acquisition by eminent domain. <br />If this proposal will cause CVS and Smart & Final to close, it will have a detrimental effect on <br />the neighborhoods nearby. Not all of these are in Redwood City proper, but are in <br />unincorporated North Fair Oaks, and so have no voice in Redwood City. There is no other <br />CVS pharmacy nearby, nor does this area have many lower-cost grocery stores.
