REV: 04-29-25 LF <br />Each Slide Master slide shall be wet painted {silver} in color. <br />ROLL OUT/TILT DOWN TRAY <br />The roll out/tilt mounted tray shall be full width and depth and shall be secured to a (Slide Master) <br />roll-out system. The slide unit shall extend down 30-degrees and 90% extension with a 250# slide <br />capacity. The slide assemblies shall incorporate cadmium plated ball bearing roller slides and a <br />latching device to hold the tray in the stored position. <br />The roll out tilt tray assembly shall be mounted to the unistrut of the compartment specified so <br />that it is vertically adjustable. <br />There shall be a total quantity of four (4) provided. <br />Each slide shall be held in the locked position by a lever actuated twist lock. <br />Each Slide Master slide shall be wet painted {silver} in color. <br />ROLL-OUT ASSEMBLY/SLIDE MASTER <br />The transverse floor mounted dual-directional tray shall be full width and shall be secured to a <br />(Slide Master) roll-out system constructed of “heavy duty steel” with structural tube and channels. <br />The slide assemblies shall incorporate cadmium plated ball bearing roller slides and a latching <br />device to hold the tray in the stored position. <br />The tray shall have a 1000# capacity and 70% extension. <br />There shall be a total quantity of two (2) provided. <br />Each slide shall be held in the locked position by a lever actuated twist lock. <br />Each Slide Master slide shall be wet painted {silver} in color. <br />SHELF/TRAY FINISH <br />All shelves/trays specified shall be provided with a Dual Action sanded finish as described within <br />these shelf/tray specifications if selected. <br />AIR BAG STORAGE COMPARTMENT <br />Inflatable air bags shall be stored in individual horizontal storage slots of a compartment. Each <br />slot shall be wide enough to accommodate the specified bag dimensions with fill valve.
