REV: 04-29-25 LF <br />be 18.00” diameter two-spoke padded type. <br />A horizontal opening, drop down window shall be installed in the rear wall of the cab for ventilation. <br />A 57” tall tiller cab shall be provided. <br />TILLER CAB ROOF TRIM <br />An overlay trim panel fabricated from non-embossed 1/8” aluminum diamondplate shall be <br />installed on the tiller cab roof to provide a drip edge. <br />Rearward sliding doors shall be provided for access into and out of the tiller cab. The doors shall <br />be equipped with automotive latching and a chrome-plated interior door handle. <br />Each door shall include a horizontal opening, drop down window for ventilation. <br />An upholstered headliner shall be provided and installed above the tillerman's seating position. <br />The color shall be black. <br />TILLER CAB INSULATION <br />Insulation shall be provided and installed in the tiller cab to help reduce solar heat gain and <br />increase the efficiency of the heater and/or air conditioning system (if specified). The insulation <br />shall be installed on the rear tiller cab wall below the rear window, the ceiling above the seat, and <br />both lower door areas between the inner and outer door panels. An upholstered interior panel <br />shall be provided below the rear window over the insulation to match the headliner. <br />TILLER CAB PAINT <br />The tiller cab shall be painted utilizing a single color paint scheme as specified. <br />The finished paint color shall match PPG FBCH 903653/DuPont 817 White. <br />TILLER CAB SEAT <br />A USSC “Magnus” DJTN9301 series (Limited Travel) air ride high back ABTS seat shall be <br />provided for the tillerman. The seat shall be weight adjustable to accommodate a range of tiller <br />drivers. The seat shall be adjustable mechanically fore and aft and pneumatically dampened to <br />improve ride comfort. <br />The seats shall be covered with ValorTech XD, a bacterial and wear resistant fabric of durable <br />material. <br />The seat color shall be black with red seam stitching. <br />SAFETY ENGINE STARTING SYSTEM <br />A safety start system shall be provided to prevent the starting of the apparatus unless the tiller <br />driver is in the tiller seat. The circuit shall be arranged so that the tiller driver is required to actuate <br />a switch in the tiller cab.
