REV: 04-29-25 LF <br />Light(s) shall include a die cast aluminum housing, powder coated white, and a polycarbonate <br />chrome finish cover. <br />12VDC TIP LIGHT(S) <br />Two (2) 12VDC lights shall be mounted at the tip of the fly ladder section, one (1) each side. The <br />lights shall be mounted below handrail height, so as not to increase overall height of the vehicle. <br />Whelen Micro Pioneer series, 45 watt, 4,100 lumen, 12 VDC, LED work/scene light(s) shall be <br />provided. <br />An “On/Off” switch and black handle shall be provided along with three (3) interchangeable lenses <br />for each light. Each light shall be installed on a low-profile stainless-steel swivel pedestal mount. <br />Light(s) shall include a die cast aluminum housing, powder coated white, and a polycarbonate <br />chrome finish cover. <br />TURNTABLE WORK LIGHTS <br />Five (5) TecNiq, model #E03-W000-1, LED turntable work lights shall be installed in the turntable <br />step cover to illuminate the turntable area. <br />AERIAL 110 VAC WIRING <br />The AC wiring up the ladder shall be very fine copper stranding. <br />One (1) 110 volt 20 amp electrical circuit utilizing a single (min.12-gauge 3 conductor) electric <br />cable shall be provided to the tip of the ladder. The circuit shall be wired from an enclosure below <br />the turntable through the collector ring assembly. <br />OUTLET AT THE AERIAL TIP <br />A single 110 VAC outlet shall be provided at the tip of the aerial fly section, officer's side, as <br />specified. <br />One (1) NEMA L5-20R, 120-volt, 3-wire, twist lock receptacle shall be installed. The receptacle <br />shall have a 20-ampere rating and include a spring-loaded weather resistant cover if mounted in <br />an exterior location. The receptacle shall be wired to the aerial 110VAC circuit. <br />AERIAL TIP 110V LIGHTING <br />Two (2) Whelen, Pioneer Plus, PFP2AP1, dual lamp, 120-volt, LED flood lights, with PBAPEDDD <br />pedestal mounts, shall be installed at the tip of the aerial device, one (1) each side.
