REV: 04-29-25 LF <br />PIKE POLE STORAGE <br />Storage shall be provided in the rear center of the trailer between the frame rails below the ground <br />ladder storage area for for up to eight (8) standard hook type pike poles. Access shall be from the <br />rear of the apparatus via a horizontally hinged 3/16” smooth aluminum drop down door. The door <br />shall be provided with a “D” handle style latch assembly. The interior of the compartment shall be <br />as large as is practical within the space available. Each pike pole shall be stored in an individual, <br />properly labeled, 2.25” diameter aluminum tube. <br />The compartment shall be illuminated with a 4” round light recessed in the compartment ceiling <br />to maximize usable compartment space. <br />SUPPLEMENTAL LOWER REAR STORAGE <br />Storage shall be provided in the rear center of the apparatus, below the trailer frame rail area. <br />Access shall be from the rear of the apparatus via a horizontally hinged 3/16” aluminum diamond <br />plate drop down door. The door shall be provided with a “D” handle style latch assembly. The <br />interior of the compartment shall be as large as is practical within the space available. <br />The compartment shall be illuminated with a 4” round light recessed in the compartment ceiling <br />to maximize usable compartment space. <br />GROUND LADDERS <br />The following ground ladders shall be provided: <br />Two (2) Duo-Safety 35 foot (10.0 m) two (2) section aluminum extension ladder(s), model 1200. <br />Two (2) Duo-Safety 24 foot (7.0 m) two (2) section aluminum extension ladder(s), model 900A. <br />One (1) Duo-Safety 50 foot (14.29 m) three (3) section aluminum extension ladder(s), model 525C <br />with stay poles. <br />One (1) Duo-Safety 10 foot (2.9 m) aluminum roof ladder(s) with folding hooks and pronged feet <br />on both ends, model 775DR shall be mounted on the base section of the ladder. <br />One (1) Duo-Safety 14 foot (4.0 m) aluminum roof ladder(s) with folding hooks and pronged feet <br />on both ends, model 775DR. <br />One (1) Duo-Safety 16 foot (5.0 m) aluminum roof ladder(s) with folding hooks, model 875A. <br />One (1) Duo-Safety 20 foot (6.0 m) aluminum roof ladder(s) with folding hooks, model 875A. <br />One (1) Duo-Safety 10 foot (3.0 m) aluminum attic ladder(s), model 585A. <br />One (1) Vendor/City provided Little Giant Revolution (XE 12017) model 17 aluminum ladder. <br />The Little Giant ladder shall be transverse mounted “Pumper Style” on the driver's side of the <br />ground ladder tunnel exterior, above the trailer axle. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.089/Fire Apparatus Solutions (Purchase of Spartan-LTC 105' TDA) (Page 98 of 150)
