Summarize the objectives and outcomes identified in the Plan <br /> <br />The City will address the following priorities and goals for the PY2025 Action Plan. <br /> <br />Priority: Creating Inclusive Communities with Affordable Housing - Creation of affordable <br />housing and preservation of existing affordable housing, including special needs housing. <br /> <br />Goal 1 - Affordable Housing Production: Assist in the development of affordable <br />housing to meet the needs of extremely low-, very low-, low-, and moderate-income <br />households. <br /> <br />Goal 2 - Affordable Housing Preservation: Conserve and improve the condition of the <br />existing affordable housing stock and preserve affordable housing developments at risk <br />of conversion to market rate housing. <br /> <br />7.A. - Page 12 of 189 <br />216
