Annual Action Plan <br /> <br />45 <br />OMB Control No: 2506-0117 (exp. 09/30/2021) <br />Projects <br />AP-35 Projects – 91.220(d) <br />Introduction <br />The projects and activities to be funded with CDBG and HOME during the third year (PY 2025) <br />of the 2023-2027 Consolidated Plan are consistent with the City's identified priorities and <br />goals. The City conducts an annual Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) process for housing <br />and public facility improvement projects and a bi-annual NOFA process for public service, fair <br />housing, minor home repair and microenterprise assistance projects, renewable as funding is <br />available.
