Rip-and-Run Sections <br />•Quick reference guides/checklists for staff use during emergency <br />events. <br />3.4 Address Review Comments <br />Consultant shall hold an ERP review meeting to evaluate the plan’s effectiveness, <br />ensuring it aligns with regulatory requirements and operational needs. Consultant shall <br />present an overview of the draft of the updated ERP. City shall provide feedback on key <br />components, including response procedures, communication protocols, and resource <br />allocation. Consultant shall respond to these comments by addressing City’s input, refine <br />strategies, and make necessary revisions to enhance clarity and functionality. This <br />ensures that the final ERP is comprehensive, actionable, and tailored to strengthen <br />emergency preparedness and response capabilities. <br />3.5 Finalize ERP <br />Consultant shall develop the final ERP after incorporating City’s feedback, refining risk <br />evaluations, and validating resilience strategies. This document provides a <br />comprehensive, AWIA–compliant plan tailored to this project. The ERP is designed to <br />empower the organization with the necessary knowledge, tools, and strategies to build a <br />resilient utility. <br />3.6 Submit Final Certification to EPA <br />Consultant shall assist the City in preparation to submit an electronic certification with the <br />EPA that involves submitting a formal statement confirming that the ERP meets federal <br />requirements. This process verifies that utilities have effective response strategies for <br />natural hazards, cyber threats, and other potential emergencies.
