7B <br /> Page 33 <br /> C. Cooking Equipment <br /> 1. All infierior cooking equipment shall be of an approved type, and open-flame <br /> cooking shall be located a minimum of 18 inches from booth back/side drop <br /> materials. <br /> 2. Camping type sto�es may be used only under the folfowing conditions: <br /> a. Fuel types shall be appro�ed by the Fire Marshal; <br /> b. Kerosene or gasoline shal� not be used to fuel sto�es; <br /> c. Liquid fuef shall not be added to sfoves inside booths; <br /> d. Fuei capacity for each appliance shall not exceed two {2) gallons; <br /> e. E�ra fuel shall not be s#ored inside booths. <br /> 3. Butane and propane equipment sha�! conform to the following: <br /> a. Maximum fuel quantity inside each booth shail not exceed ten �1�} gaElons; <br /> b. Shu# off valves shall be pro�ided at each fuel source; <br /> c. Cooking appliances shall have an QN-�FF valve loca�ed far enough away <br /> from the appliance to be safely shut off in case of fire; <br /> d. The booth operator sha�l test all connections for leaks with a soap and water <br /> solution; <br /> e. Fuel tanks shall be protected from damage and secured in an upright <br /> position; <br /> f. Hoses shall be of a type approved for use with the equipment and fuel type; <br /> g. T'anks not in use shall be turned off; <br /> h. Extra fue� tanks shall not be stored in booths; <br /> i. Unused fuel cylinders shall be stored in a secured position. Maximum outside <br /> storage is ten (10) gallons. <br /> 1Vote: Specralrzed cooking equipmen� used outside of booths may h�ve larger �anks <br /> when approved by the Fire 1Vlarshal. <br /> D. Vendor Boo#h Construction and Lacation <br /> 1. Each vendor booth shall have at least one exit-way, a minimum of t�ree (3} feet <br /> wide by 6'$" high. Booth frames shal( nat obstruct exit paths. <br /> 2. Vendor boo#hs shal! have a minimum clearanee of twenty t2�} feet on at least <br /> one side, with clearanee of at least ten (10) fee#from any cooking booth. <br /> 3. A ten (10} foot wide separation shall be provided for every 244 lineal feet af <br /> vendor booths. <br /> E. Eiectrical Power <br /> 1.
