D. Payment shall include all labor, equipment, materials, fittings, and other accessories necessary to complete the work to standard, including dewatering, wastewater flow control, all bypass piping and pumping, backfill, surface restoration, concrete and AC pavement removal, disposal, and restoration, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, concrete valley gutter, and concrete driveway removal, disposal, and restoration, provision of Class 2 AB for trench backfilling and compaction for trenches deeper than 30 inches as measured from the top of pipe to the existing pavement surface, any landscape restoration including but not limited to grass lawn, plants, pavers, bricks, decorative stones, washed stones, wood headers etc., and all other incidentals required by the Contract, regardless of depth and length. E. Payment for sheeting, shoring, and bracing to furnish and replace the lower sewer lateral shall be made under separate Bid Item No. 2.
