(EKI), until services are complete, <br />for the development of Redwood City’s 2025 Urban Water Management Plan <br />(UWMP) in an amount not to exceed $130,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.N.Resolution amending the Water Supply Agreement with the City and County of <br />San Francisco and Wholesale Customers in Alameda County, San Mateo County, <br />and Santa Clara County; and Resolution to approve the Tier 2 Drought Response <br />Implementation Plan <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution amending the 2021 Amended and Restated Water Supply <br />Agreement Between the City and County of San Francisco and Wholesale <br />Customers in Alameda County, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County, <br />approving those revisions to be incorporated into a 2025 Amended and Restated <br />Water Supply Agreement, and authorizing the City Manager to execute such <br />agreement when final execution copies are prepared and distributed by <br />BAWSCA; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving the Tier 2 Drought Response Implementation <br />Plan pursuant to Section 3.11.C of the Amended and Restated Water Supply <br />Agreement. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.O.Amendment to the City's Classification and Salary and Wage Plan to amend the <br />job descriptions for the classifications of Lead Landscape Gardener, Principal <br />Planner, Senior Planner, and Revenue Services Manager <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution amending the City’s Classification and Salary and Wage Plan <br />to amend the job descriptions for the classifications of Lead Landscape Gardener, <br />Principal Planner, Senior Planner, and Revenue Services Manager. <br />6
