Page 3 of 3 <br />City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.org <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may choose not to accept the project or authorize the release of bonds and retention. <br />However, this would be contrary to the terms of the contract, prior City Council action, and public <br />contracting code. If retention is not released in a timely manner, the City may be liable for interest <br />payments and collection costs to the contractor. <br />The City Council may provide other direction to staff within the scope of the agreement.
