Signage <br />A project with a base density study must maintain both the same average unit size “and other project <br />details” as in the base density study, except those that may be modified by waiver or concession to <br />accommodate the bonus units. The applicant will be providing additional details on the extent of each of <br />the waiver requests, however staff wanted to highlight a substantive waiver request in the table below <br />(see Table 1). While other projects in Redwood City have requested height waivers/ or height concessions, <br />this is the first of this magnitude. The base density study for this project shows that 185 units can be <br />accommodated within the 92 ft. (8 story) height limit. The applicant is requesting an additional 158 ft.
