The consultant will prepare the corresponding Structural engineering progress calculations in support of the 60% design submittals review comments. Deliverables: one electronic copy (AutoCAD and PDF) of full-size plans including structural specifications and notes on drawings, one electronic copy of technical and general project specifications (PDF), one electronic copy of progress structural parameters and calculations (PDF), and one electronic copy of engineer’s estimate of anticipated construction costs (PDF and Excel). Task 6. Final Design Submittal (100% Design Submittal): Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E), and Construction Schedule for up to $10,215 Time and Materials (T&M) The consultant will address City comments in the 100% final design from the 90% Submittal and will prepare the construction documents for the 100% submittal. The 100% design submittal will consider the allowable construction time constraints as outlined by the various regulatory agencies when developing a probable schedule of work. The 100% cost estimate will present in the format of a bid schedule, for preparation of the engineer’s opinion of anticipated cost.
