The total do-not-exceed amount was determined based on annual average contract usage
in FY 2024-25 and projected project workload over the next three years. Based on projects in the
development pipeline, it is projected that FY 2025-26, FY 2026-27,and FY 2027-28 will have similar
workloads to FY 2024-25.

After three years, the City may choose to amend the agreements to extend them for two additional 1-
year periods. Once the agreements are executed, the consultants will be used as needed and chosen for
a project based on the firm's expertise and availability of staff. Staff would request that these firms provide
a scope, timeframe, budget, and deliverables based on the requirements for a particular project. Staff
may approve one of the proposals and issue a task order. On-call consultants are not guaranteed work
but are available as needed for the not-to-exceed amount.
EQUITY IMPACT STATEMENT
For Consent Calendar items:
All City actions are assessed for impact.
