The <br />geotechnical engineer shall perform field review of the project’s grading work and submit reports to the City. Ensure that the <br />project plans and construction conform to the recommendations of the Geotechnical Report. Grading permits require a Plot and Finished Grading Plan prepared by a California-registered <br />Civil Engineer. <br />c. Work requiring on-site shoring which affects the public right of way. <br />d.
