Designate 20 short-term bicycle parking/racks and 8 long-term bicycle parking/box in accordance with the <br />approved plans. Construct an off-street parking lot with 180 parking spaces adjacent to the proposed YMCA building between <br />Valota Green and Madison Avenue. Construct 9 parallel spaces on Madison Avenue between St. Francis Street and Valota Rd. <br />Both parking conditions are shown in the project plans dated September 17, 2025. [COA] <br />Prior to Building <br />Permit Issuance <br />E3 Processing Costs and Fees. Pay the costs of all design work, construction, labor, materials, fees, permits, applications, and other <br />expenses associated with the project, including any review or processing fees pertaining to the review and approval by the City <br />and utility service providers.[COA] <br />Prior to Building <br />Permit Issuance <br />E4 Transportation Demand Management Plan. Submit a final Transportation Demand Management (TDM) plan according to <br />Chapter 48 of the City’s Municipal code for approval by the City’s TDM Manager and provide a written description of how the <br />plan will be implemented.
