City Council to adopt a resolution, with exhibit, adopting the Conflict of Interest Code for the City of Redwood City and repealing Resolution No. 16093; 2. Successor Agency Board to adopt a resolution, with exhibit, adopting the Conflict of Interest Code for the Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency and repealing Successor Agency Resolution No. SA 22-01; and 3. By motion, City Council to file and approve the Local Agency Biennial Notice. CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 6.D.
