The three finalist firms were interviewed, <br />and Gilbane was selected as the most qualified firm to provide project management and inspection <br />services. Their responsibilities include coordinating with multiple stakeholders, maintaining project <br />timelines, and ensuring the Project stays within budget. Their original agreement was approved by City <br />Council on September 9, 2019, in the amount of $2,916,044 for Project Management services. The <br />agreement has been amended six times, initially due to increased fees from rebidding of the Project due <br />to COVID-19 pandemic impacts and then due to delays in construction resulting in the project continuing <br />to need project management services. <br />7.C. - Page 3 of 15 <br />104
