The City Council may choose to not authorize the City Manager to execute the proposed MOU with <br />the County of San Mateo and postpone the project to a later time. Since this project is grant-funded, <br />this alternative may result in de-allocation of the grant. <br />2. The City Council may choose not to authorize the City Manager to execute the proposed MOU and <br />direct staff to identify another funding source for this project.
