Public notification also was achieved by posting <br />the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council could: <br />1. Choose not to approve the proposed amendments to Chapter 8 of the Municipal Code at this time <br />and review these updates at a future date. This will delay implementation of the new codes that are <br />intended to improve personal mobility safety in the city. <br />2. Direct staff to modify the proposed amendments to Chapter 8 of the Municipal Code and associated <br />penalties.
