The title of Municipal Code of Redwood City Chapter 8 is hereby <br />renamed from “Micromobility Devices and Operations” to “Electric Mobility Device, Non- <br />Motorized Mobility Device, and Bicycle Regulations”. <br /> <br />Section 5. Chapter 8, Articles I, II, and III are hereby repealed in their entirety and <br />replaced with a new Article I as shown in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 6. Chapter 8, Article IV (Shared Micromobility Services) is hereby <br />renumbered as Article II with no changes to the Section numbers. <br /> <br />Section 7. The City Clerk is directed to cause this Ordinance to be published in <br />the manner required by law. <br /> <br />Section 8.
