Where provided, electric vehicle charging stations to <br />be installed in accordance with the California Electrical Code. Electric vehicle charging <br />system equipment to be listed and labeled in accordance with UL 2202. Electric vehicle <br />supply equipment to be listed and labeled in accordance with UL 2594. Emergency Planning and Information: Buildings four (4) or more stories in height must <br />have a posted floor plan sign to provide emergency procedures at every stairway landing, <br />elevator landing, and immediately inside all public entrances to the building. Radio Coverage for Emergency Responders – All building and parking garages shall have <br />approved radio coverage for emergency responders within the building. Upon completion <br />of the building construction, a radio coverage test shall be conducted per the applicable <br />codes and standards and if the test fails an Emergency Responders Radio Coverage <br />System shall be installed. Verify any Blue Box phone communication requirements with <br />the Redwood City Police Department. [COA][POLICE] <br /> <br />Construction-Related Activities <br /> <br />74. Verification for Dimensions – All dimensions, including building location on the site, <br />setbacks, building height, etc. shall be verified by a licensed surveyor. Prior to foundation <br />inspection, Owner shall provide a license survey report and submit to the building <br />inspector (for their review) to confirm the new foundation meets the City approve plans <br />for setback requirements before approval from the Building Inspector. Prior to the roof <br />nail inspection, the Owner shall provide Ridge height survey and submit to the building <br />inspector to verify that the building height does not exceed the approved plans. <br />[COA][BUILDING] <br /> <br />75. Sales and Use Taxes – Applicant shall use good faith efforts to register with the Board of <br />Equalization to create an ID prior to project construction and operation. Hours of Construction – On-Site Construction activity is permitted between 7:00 a.m. and <br />8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except as permitted on weekends by the Building <br />Official, and shall adhere to the City’s Noise Ordinance.
