Verification for Dimensions – All dimensions, including building location on the site, setbacks, building height, etc. shall be verified by a licensed surveyor. Prior to foundation inspection, Owner shall provide a license survey report and submit to the building inspector (for their review) to confirm the new foundation meets the City approve plans for setback requirements before approval from the Building Inspector. Prior to the roof nail inspection, the Owner shall provide Ridge height survey and submit to the building inspector to verify that the building height does not exceed the approved plans.
