[CFC §317.4.3] [FIRE] Construction-Related Activities 90.Verification for Dimensions – The Applicant shall provide a survey report, prepared by a licensed surveyor, verifying site building location, setbacks, and building height, if applicable, to the Building Division for review and approval prior to building permit issuance. Survey report shall be kept on the project site throughout the course of construction and be made available to the Building Inspector for all foundation forms and footings inspections. Sales and Use Taxes – The Applicant shall register with the Board of Equalization to create an ID prior to maximize the City’s allocation of sales and use taxes associated with project construction. Hours of Construction – On-Site Construction activity is permitted between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except as permitted on weekends by the Building Official, and shall adhere to the City’s Noise Ordinance. Construction Meetings –The Applicant is required to contact the Permit Counter (650.780.7350) to schedule the following meetings prior to or during construction.
