The affordable units will mitigate the impact of the Project on the need for <br />affordable housing. <br /> <br />Section 7. The Planning Commission finds that the Project complies with all <br />requirements of Article X of Chapter 30 (Condominiums). <br /> <br />Section 8. In accordance with Government Code Section 66473.5, the proposed <br />Project is consistent with the General Plan. The proposed Project is compatible with the <br />objectives, policies, general land uses, and programs specified in the City’s General Plan <br />as described in the accompanying staff report. <br /> <br />Section 9. The Planning Commission hereby approves the Architectural Permit <br />(AP2025-005), Tentative Parcel Map (TM2025-001), Condominium Permit (CP2025- <br />001), one concession and two waivers pursuant to State Density Bonus Law, Affordable <br />Housing Plan, and CEQA exemption, subject to the Conditions of Approval as set forth in <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference, for 1320 Marshall Street. <br /> <br />Section 10.
