(November 6, 2025) <br />Stakeholder Meetings – Members of the project team have held almost two dozen one-on-one <br />and small group meetings with key government, quasi-public, and private stakeholders to <br />introduce the GDAP and gather input on the issues, concerns, and opportunities that matter to <br />them. Stakeholders engaged include: <br />o Redwood City Together <br />o Redwood City Improvement <br />Association <br />o Downtown Business Group <br />o SamTrans <br />o Caltrain <br />o Caltrans <br />o Silicon Valley Bike Coalition <br />o San Mateo County <br />o Sequoia High School <br />o San Mateo County Flood & Sea <br />Level Rise Resiliency District <br />(aka OneShoreline) <br />o Kaiser Permanente <br />o Auto Dealers Semi-Annual <br />Meeting <br />o Property Owners, Developers, <br />and Brokers (8 meetings) <br />4 Pop-Ups – Bilingual (English/Spanish) members of the project team attended four pop-up events <br />in order to increase public awareness of the GDAP process and share information about upcoming <br />GDAP community engagement events. All print materials were made available in English and <br />Spanish. Events included: <br />o Redwood City Small Business Conference (May 9, 2025) <br />o Tabling at the Fair Oaks Community Center’s monthly food distribution event (July 11 and <br />August 8, 2025) <br />o Lunchtime tabling at El Grullense #1 in the Stambaugh-Heller Neighborhood (August 7, <br />2025) <br />Bi-Lingual Door-To-Door Neighborhood Canvassing – In order to increase public awareness of <br />the GDAP process and share information about upcoming GDAP community engagement events, <br />members of the project team knocked on 175 doors in the Stambaugh-Heller Neighborhood and <br />left flyers at each. We spoke to residents in 63 homes. In furtherance of the GDAP Community <br />Engagement Strategy’s goal of engaging Redwood City residents who have traditionally been <br />underrepresented in planning local processes, the canvassing team focused its outreach efforts <br />on blocks identified in publicly available US Census demographic data as those with a high <br />12.A. - Page 12 of 69 <br />231
