REV: 01-05-26 LR <br />delivery company and ensure there is no damage to the equipment as <br />a result of delivery. <br />c. Milestone #3: Installation completion of all hardware devices. Date of <br />NTP+160 days. <br />d. Milestone #4: “Go Live” of new PARCS System with functionality to <br />collect parking fee payment and perform enforcement for non- <br />payment or under-payment, including Fixed LPR Cameras, Mobile <br />LPR Systems, Pay-by-Plate MSMs, static signage, Pay-by-Cell <br />integration, the associated Citation Management System, setup and <br />activation of Merchant ID and Terminal IDs, and successful <br />completion of Lane Acceptance Testing (LAT) by Date of NTP + 180 <br />days.] <br />e. Milestone #5: Final completion of new PARCS System, including <br />successful completion of Operational Demonstration Testing (ODT), <br />Notice of Substantial Completion by City, and completion of Owner <br />Training by 30 calendar days following completion of Milestone <br />#3. <br />f. Milestone #6: Closure of punch list items and Notice of Final <br />Acceptance from the City by 30 calendar days following completion <br />of Milestone #4 <br />1.4 CONTRACTOR USE OF PREMISES <br />A. General: Limit use of premises to construction activities in areas indicated; allow <br />for Owner occupancy and use by public parkers and minimize disruption as <br />described in Section 1.3 above. <br />1. Confine operations to areas within Contract limits indicated. Portions of the <br />site beyond areas in which construction operations are indicated are not to <br />be disturbed. <br />2. Keep driveways, sidewalks, and pedestrian entrances serving the premises <br />clear and available to the Owner, Owner's employees, and the public at all <br />times. Do not use these areas for parking or storage of materials. <br />3. Minimize entry/exit lane disruption as described in Section 1.3 above. If <br />lanes are closed for specific, Owner-approved construction periods, there <br />must always be at least one open entry lane and one open exit lane at any <br />given time. <br />4. Schedule deliveries to minimize space and time requirements for storage of <br />materials and equipment on site. <br />5. Any on-site laydown or storage areas are to be minimized and will only be <br />allocated with Owner’s prior review and express permission. <br />6.
