REV: 01-05-26 LR <br />7. Contractor personnel may use the restroom located in the Parking Office of <br />the Jefferson Garage, when that office is staffed by Owner’s parking <br />operator. <br />8. Contractor work vehicles may only be parked in appropriately sized spaces <br />in the garages. Contractor will register the license plates of all work vehicles <br />with the Owner’s parking enforcement department so that these vehicles <br />may park for free during approved working hours. Failure to register <br />vehicles may result in a parking citation which is the responsibility of the <br />Contractor. <br />1.5 OWNER-FURNISHED ITEMS <br />A. Owner will provide the following items: <br />1. Owner’s current TurboData handheld enforcement devices for usage with <br />the new Gateless PARCS System. <br />2. Data on current permit parkers who need to be registered into the new <br />system. <br />3. Contacts with the Century Theater regarding the parking validation process <br />requirements and proposed new procedures. <br />4. One (1) external internet data network access point at an identified <br />demarcation location within each of the two garages, with network speed <br />and throughput performance equal to or greater than the requirement <br />identified by the Contractor in their submittals. <br />5. Identified location(s) where headend equipment and administrative console <br />equipment can be placed within each garage. <br />6. Access to electrical and data network rooms within each garage, as <br />required for installation. <br />7. Designated storage/laydown area for Contractor to store equipment during <br />construction. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS. <br />2.1 Refer to the “Products” sections of the Specification documents listed in Section <br />1.1 above. <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.1 Owner requires Contractor to act as prime contractor for the entire scope of work <br />defined in this RFP and the attached Specifications. Contractor may team with <br />other companies or subcontractors to furnish, install, support, and service the <br />required solution, but must serve as prime contractor and the entity responsible <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.001/EnSight Technologies (Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS)) (Page 28 of 167)
