Replace items taken from spare parts inventory during warranty period at no <br />additional cost to Owner. <br />E. Preventative Maintenance Service during the Warranty Period: <br />1. Provide preventative maintenance services for all systems throughout the <br />warranty period. Preventative maintenance procedures and frequencies are <br />defined within the Manufacturer's recommended maintenance procedures <br />manual. <br />2. Preventative maintenance services include but are not limited to inspection, <br />testing, necessary adjustment, lubrication, calibration, parts cleaning, <br />communication system maintenance, server administration and database <br />administration of the hardware provided as part of this project by the <br />Contractor. <br />3. Perform all preventative maintenance at non-peak periods during regular <br />business hours. <br />F. Software Support during the Warranty Period: <br />1. Make available to the Owner normal software improvement releases <br />(updates) as they become available at no additional cost to the Owner. <br />2. Provide all software patches and updates free of charge during the warranty <br />period; however, the Owner has right of refusal. <br />3. Seven (7) calendar days prior to all software modifications, patches, <br />updates, and upgrades, provide accurate and complete documentation that <br />describes: <br />a. Patch/update release designation. <br />b. Proposed date and time of implementation. <br />c. Detailed description of what the patch/update accomplishes. <br />d. Test plan that shows the change has been successfully tested and <br />has passed internal unit, end-to-end testing. <br />e. Full disaster recovery procedures that return the system to its pre- <br />patch/update condition <br />4. Provide operating system support and database administration services <br />including adherence to the recommended operating system patches and <br />updates as they are made commercially available by the operating system <br />developer. <br />5. Coordinate the testing and implementation of all patches and updates with <br />the Owner. <br />6. Support upgrades to the application based on operating system patch and <br />upgrade requirements. For example, if run on a Microsoft operating system, <br />the software can be patched according to the Microsoft patch and upgrade <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.001/EnSight Technologies (Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS)) (Page 42 of 167)
