Compensation. <br />City will pay to Consultant a flat-rate amount of Five Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand <br />Three Hundred and Nine Dollars and Fifty-Three Cents ($577,309.53) for the completion <br />of work covering all items for the Initial Term. <br />City will have the authority to withhold a 10% retention until it has accepted all of the <br />Services as complete as reflected in Section 7.2, Milestone #6 below. <br />7.1 Consultant must submit applications for payment that contain the following: <br />7.1.1 A clear, detailed invoice reflecting Services for which Consultant is <br />billing City; <br />7.1.2 A summary sheet showing hourly rates (if applicable); <br />7.1.3 Percentage of Services completed to date; <br />7.1.4 Amount/percent billed to date; <br />7.1.5 Current status of all tasks within a project; <br />7.1.6 Any backup documentation reasonably necessary to substantiate <br />the preceding items; and <br />7.1.7 Any changes to the anticipated work schedule (if applicable). <br />7.2 Consultant shall submit invoices at the below Project Milestones following <br />the timeline set out in Exhibit “A”, Section 01 11 00 - SUMMARY OF WORK: <br />Milestone Timeline Invoice Amount <br />Milestone #1: Deliver complete and Owner- <br />approved equipment submittals for the <br />Gateless PARCS, LPR, MSMs, and all other <br />associated systems. <br />Date of Notice to <br />Proceed (NTP) + 30 <br />days <br />40% of total project <br />cost <br />Milestone #2: Deliver to the site ready for <br />installation all PARCS equipment including <br />Mobile LPR Systems, Fixed LPR Cameras, <br />loops and associated loop controllers (if <br />required), Pay-by-Plate MSMs, and any other <br />servers, network equipment or mounting <br />accessories required to support these items, <br />and static signage. <br />Date of NTP + 90 <br />days <br />10% of total project <br />cost <br />Milestone #3: Installation completion of all <br />hardware devices. <br />Date of NTP + 160 <br />days <br />10% of total project <br />cost <br />Milestone #4: “Go Live” of new PARCS <br />System with functionality to collect parking <br />fee payment and perform enforcement for <br />Date of NTP + 180 <br />days <br />20% of total project <br />cost <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.001/EnSight Technologies (Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS)) (Page 5 of 167)
