REV: 01-05-26 LR <br />2. It is required that the intercom system be integrated into the body of the <br />MSM using a built-in “push for assistance” button, microphone, and speaker <br />and displaying the assistance call center’s agent image on the screen of the <br />MSM. The Proximity Card reader requires only digital voice to be supported. <br />3. Intercom system is to support high quality digital audio (VOIP) with <br />adjustable volume levels on audio. <br />4. System includes all software and hardware required for programming <br />system, including: <br />a. Individually programmable volume control for each intercom station. <br />b. Substations programmed to call staff intercom station. <br />c. Call forwarding feature for individual stations or all stations to re-direct <br />calls to another designated staff intercom station or designated phone <br />number, including mobile phone. <br />5. MSM and Proximity Card Reader field device intercom substation <br />requirements: <br />a. Provide push button intercoms at all designated locations, per <br />Drawings. <br />b. Microphone, loudspeaker, and in-use LED all housed in one unit with <br />configurable front pushbutton control. <br />c. DSP technology to provide full speaker/microphone supervision and <br />fully adjustable (volume/timing threshold programmable via intercom <br />server) audio monitoring. <br />I. Proximity Card Access System for Winslow Garage Rolling Overhead Door <br />1. Furnish and install a Proximity Card Reader with Intercom mounted on a <br />stanchion at the Winslow Garage entry lane, as shown on Drawings. <br />2. Provide three-hundred (300) unprogrammed proximity cards to Owner. <br />3. Connect the Proximity Card Reader to the PARCS headend and to the <br />control electronics of the existing rolling overhead door to provide the <br />following control functions: <br />a. During Owner-defined days/hours when the Winslow Garage is for <br />building tenant use only, command the overhead rolling door to roll <br />closed and remain closed until a valid entry credential is presented. <br />I) A “valid credential” is defined as either a valid proximity card or <br />a valid permit parker’s License Plate Number detected by the <br />entry lane Fixed LPR camera, as further defined in Specification <br />111248.10. <br />b. When a valid entry credential is provided, command the overhead <br />rolling door to open.
