Offeror must perform independent site evaluation to determine optimal <br />communications mode(s). <br />2. It is the responsibility of the vendor to test and confirm reliable power and <br />communication from all MSM locations. <br />3. Standard communications mode to be hard-wired TCP/IP-Ethernet over <br />CAT6. <br />4. Optional cellular data connection at LTE speeds or higher, either as primary <br />or backup communications mode. <br />L. Receipt Printer and Electronic Receipts <br />1. Capable of printing standard and variable length receipts and reports. <br />2. Receipt offered and issued upon completion of transaction, if selected by <br />payee. <br />3. Option for payee to select printed or electronic receipt. For the latter, ability <br />for payee to enter a phone number to which e-receipt will be texted. <br />4.
