REV: 01-05-26 LR <br />to test the LPR Subsystem’s performance. The software is to be able to be <br />downloadable to a standalone PC used for testing. <br />B. Fully operational regardless of extreme weather such as heat, sun, rain, ice, <br />snow, freezing rain, etc. <br />C. Operating temperature range of -30 to +55 Celsius and to 95% RH. <br />1.5 PRICE REQUIREMENTS: <br />A. Price includes the provision of all material, labor, equipment, and services <br />necessary to furnish, install, support, and service a fully integrated LPR system <br />as outlined herein. <br />B. Extended Hardware Maintenance and Software Support: Provide pricing for <br />Maintenance, Service, and Parts Contract after two-year warranty: <br />1. A separate contract awarded for Maintenance, Service and parts that would <br />commence with expiration of two-year warranty period. <br />2. Provide annual pricing for five (5) years after initial two-year warranty <br />period. <br />C. Substantial Completion: A certificate of substantial completion will be provided <br />when the following requirements have been satisfied: <br />1. All systems, features and communications, have passed the SAT per <br />Section 3.2 of this document. <br />2. All spare parts, stock material and manuals are on site and have been <br />approved. <br />3. All test checklists, documentation and training has been completed. <br />D. Final Acceptance: Final Acceptance will occur upon satisfactory completion of all <br />work, tests, demonstrations and training specified herein as well as successful <br />completion of thirty-day operational test per Section 3.2 of this document. <br />1.6 ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Coordination: <br />1. Distribute to the Owner within 45 days after award of contract all installation <br />diagrams, installation instructions, details, shop drawings, riser diagrams, <br />and templates required to provide the necessary information for installing, <br />setting, anchoring and/or mounting, and connecting all LPR cameras and <br />associated LPR system equipment including but not limited to any required <br />servers, network switches, camera mounting cabinets, etc. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.001/EnSight Technologies (Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS)) (Page 81 of 167)
