REV: 01-05-26 LR <br />2. Provide support remotely and on-site as needed during the installation <br />period to ensure the LPR equipment is properly installed. <br />3. Coordinate interfaces with any other systems by others, including but not <br />limited to Local Area Network, MSM/CMS/PbC vendors, etc. <br />1.7 PROPOSAL SUBMITTALS - TO BE INCLUDED WITH RESPONSE <br />A. Price Form: <br />1. Total system cost (design, manufacture, shipping, installation, training, <br />commissioning, etc.). <br />2. Include per unit cost of each component. <br />3. Include any and all recurring fees including any annual SaaS/subscription <br />fees. <br />4. Include recommended spare parts to be kept on-site. <br />B. Product Data: <br />1. Product description for each component including the following: <br />a. Detail of user interface. <br />b. Operating temperature and humidity ranges. <br />c. Camera housing materials. <br />d. Photos of installed system, including and identifying base products <br />and options. <br />e. Installation and mounting requirements. <br />f. List of modular components that may be replaced by hand. <br />g. List of components that require tools for replacement, and identify <br />which tools are required. <br />h. Contractor will identify and document in their Proposal the form, <br />location and cost of any LPR trigger loops required to assure accurate <br />counting and LPN capture, or state that “virtual triggers” will be used <br />instead of physical trigger loops with the same performance criteria as <br />stated in this Specification. <br />2. RMA process and procedures. <br />3. Description of the LCMS software, including the following: <br />a. Configuration diagram. <br />b. Software platforms. <br />c. Communication protocol, polling procedures and transaction message <br />flow from peripheral devices to and through LCMS. <br />d. Describe how data and license plate images are transferred in real <br />time. <br />e.
