However, both the half-basketball court and <br />the restroom facility will necessarily be inaccessible during this time. In order to minimize user impacts, <br />temporary restrooms will be made available for the public until the new facility is active. <br />EQUITY IMPACT STATEMENT <br />All City actions are assessed for impact. Because this item is on the consent calendar, this section indicates <br />assessment process, not findings. The anticipated impact of this policy, program, or action has been <br />assessed in the following ways: <br />Reviewed from similar or relevant past program or policy in Redwood City <br />Reviewed data from a similar program or policy in another jurisdiction <br />Reviewed data related to a standard or emerging best practice <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is a minor General Fund impact associated with this contract. The Parks, Recreation, and Community <br />Services Department will use $157,220 from their operating budget with a mid-year budget transfer to <br />put toward the project.
