Page 5 of 7 <br />City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.org <br />Balancing Quality & Importance <br />Based on the survey results, the top three facets of livability for Redwood City are Safety, Economy, and <br />Utilities. <br />Residents ranked safety highest for importance at 90% but low for quality at 62%, a rating lower <br />than the national benchmarks. <br />Economy received high marks for both importance, at 85%, and quality, at 69%. <br />83% of residents consider utilities important, and 63% were satisfied with the quality. <br />Use of Survey Results <br />The 2025 Community Satisfaction Survey will be used as one of several tools to inform City operations, <br />policy discussions, and future planning efforts.
