The following <br />subtasks shall include the following: <br />9.1 – Utility Research & Site Reconnaissance <br />The Consultant shall review record drawings and record information for Price Avenue that <br />is provided by the City. The Consultant shall review City-provided CCTV footage, if any, <br />of the sanitary sewer to determine where sanitary sewer laterals are. The Consultant shall <br />contact utility owners through USA’s Online Ticket Program to obtain the latest available <br />existing utility information. The Consultant shall review the data to determine potential <br />utility conflicts and identify missing or outdated utility information from the various utility <br />companies. The depth of selected critical utilities will be field verified by the underground <br />utility survey if record drawings of the utilities are not available or if there are perceived <br />utility conflicts. The Consultant shall identify the locations for potholes, if required. The <br />Consultant shall perform site visits and verify field conditions. The Consultant shall visually <br />inspect manholes, drainage inlets and pipes, etc., and take photos or quick videos of <br />select structures. <br />Assumptions: CCTV service and potholing not included. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026/Amend.
