A final report shall address the review comments and design <br />updates. <br />For the geotechnical services: <br />o No permit fees are included. <br />o No night work is assumed, and no special work shifts are assumed. <br />o No site-specific traffic control plans are included. Project shall use MUTCD standard reference <br />plans. <br />o A private utility locator or ground penetration Radar testing is not included. <br />o USA clearance will be called to clear the boring locations. City Engineer or their designee will <br />provide data on their storm drain and sewer lines (non-high risk) utilities in addition to other <br />utilities that are City services. <br />o Borings will be capped with cold patch asphalt. No hot asphalt or special saw cutting and <br />capping is included. <br />o No pavement deflection testing is proposed. <br />o Percolation tests or laboratory hydraulic conductivity tests are not included. <br />Task 3 – Neighborhood Outreach <br />Consultant shall assist the City Engineer or their designee and engage with Neighborhood <br />Outreach to inform the design of the project and its implementation. The goal is to solicit and <br />collect feedback from the community through various meetings. The scope of work for <br />Community Outreach contains the following elements: <br />- Community Engagement Plan: Consultant shall work with City staff to develop a Community <br />Engagement Plan outlining a process of early, continuous, and inclusive community <br />engagement strategies to inform and obtain input as well as identify target audiences. <br />- Public Surveys: Consultant shall develop one (1) round of online survey to solicit public input <br />on safety issues and concerns in the project area. <br />- Community Outreach Meeting or Open House: Consultant shall plan, coordinate, and attend <br />up to two (2) Community Outreach meetings which will be scheduled at strategic junctures <br />of the project to solicit feedback from the public. This task includes effort to create display <br />boards, exhibits, graphics, maps and presentation materials.
