c. We will pay up to $25,000 in any one occurrence not to exceed $10,000 for any single item as a Limit of Insurance to apply to Fine Arts. Our payment for loss of or damage to personal property of others will only be for the account of the owner of the property. This Limit of Insurance is in addition to and in excess of any other Limit of Insurance that may be provided by this policy for this coverage. d. The value of Fine Arts will be the least of the following amounts: (1) The actual cash value of that property at the time of loss or damage; (2) The cost of reasonably restoring that property to its condition immediately before loss or damage; or (3) The cost of replacing that property with substantially identical property. e. In the event of loss or damage, the value of that property will be determined as of the time of loss or damage. 14. Fire Department Service Charge Section I. A. 5. c. Fire Department Service Charge is deleted and replaced with the following: When the fire department is called to save or protect Covered Property from a Covered Cause of Loss, we will pay up to $25,000, unless a different limit is shown in the Declarations, for your liability for fire department service charges: (1) Assumed by contract or agreement prior to loss; or (2) Required by local ordinance. This Limit of Insurance is in addition to and is in excess of any other Limit of Insurance that may be provided by this policy for this coverage. 15. Forgery or Alteration Section I. A. 5. k. (4) is deleted and replaced with the following: The most we will pay for any loss, including legal expenses, under this Additional Coverage is $25,000, unless a higher Limit of Insurance is shown in the Declarations. This Limit of Insurance is in addition to and in excess of any other Limit of Insurance that may be provided by this policy for this coverage. 16. Identity Fraud Expense Coverage The following is added to the Additional Coverages section: a. We will pay up to $25,000 for the sum of all "expenses" incurred by you as the direct result of all acts of "identity fraud" first discovered during the policy period. b. We will pay up to $5,000 for the sum of all additional advertising costs you incur to restore your reputation as the result of all acts of "identity fraud" first discovered during the policy period. c. Regardless of the number of claims you make: (1) $25,000 is the most we will pay for the sum of all "identity fraud ""expenses"; and (2) $5,000 is the most we will pay for the sum of all additional advertising costs. Any act or series of acts committed by one or more persons, or in which such person or persons are aiding or abetting others in such act or acts is considered to be one "identity fraud", even if a series of acts continues into a subsequent policy period. d. With respect to this Additional Coverage, the following is added to Paragraph B. Exclusions: We will not pay for: (1) "Expenses" or additional advertising costs incurred by you as the result of any "identity fraud" due to any fraudulent, dishonest or criminal act by: (a) You, your partners, "members", officers, "managers", directors, trustees; or (b) Any authorized representative of yours, but only if such act was committed with the knowledge or consent of any of the individuals listed in Paragraph d.(1)(a) above, whether acting alone or in collusion with others.
