REV: 01-23-26 LR <br />o Install schedule <br />Verify Inspection/Hold points detailed <br />Oversight of Broadway West – up to 13 consecutive weekdays <br />Oversight of Broadway East – up to 10 consecutive weekdays <br />Required Notes for City, shall include: <br />Review and comment of design intent for Civil/Electrical/Plumbing <br />purposes. <br />Inspection/Hold Points that the City shall verify prior to foundation/EPU pad <br />pour: <br />Foundation dimensions meet or exceed minimum requirements. <br />Barrier heat trace placement in foundation; <br />Barrier heat trace lead access. <br />Barrier placement. <br />Rebar layout. <br />All drainage connection, slopes of piping. <br />Concrete mix. <br />Inspection/Hold Points that Vendor shall oversee after foundation/EPU pour: <br />Setting and anchoring EPU. <br />Barrier heat wiring terminations and set-up <br />Commissioning demonstration. <br />Vendor to provide Specialty Technical Installation Work for the Barriers, to Include: <br />(2) FD TRAC-Vault (Knox Box); <br />(2) Keypad; weatherproof; relay 1 – UP; relay 2 – DOWN; <br />(2) Power/Comm cables between the EPU and barriers; <br />(1) Push-button controller, future remote operation (dry contacts provided) <br />Install knox box and keypad on EPU; <br />Furnish and install power/comm wire from EPU to barriers and terminate; <br />Set up, program, and test system to verify equipment works properly; <br />Train personnel in the operation and maintenance of the barriers; <br />Work schedule <br />o LV installation <br />Broadway West – 5 consecutive weekdays <br />Broadway East – 5 consecutive weekdays <br />o Train - 1 weekday <br />o Commission – 1 weekday <br />NOT Included, to be provided/installed by City. <br />o Install <br />Construction material (such as concrete, rebar, electrical and <br />drainage conduit, quazites, forming, etc.) <br />Receive, inspect, unload all equipment; <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.014/Interllimar Inc., dba Concentric Security(Broadway Bollards) (Page 9 of 13)
