REV: 2-24-26 LR <br />2) Gather information necessary to identify service demands and assign sufficient <br />staff to operate the Garages in such a way that service demands are met. <br />Anticipated staffing for the upcoming month will be submitted to the City the last <br />week of the preceding month. <br />3) Ensure all employees maintain professional grooming standards and are in full <br />ACE provided uniforms while on duty. <br />4) Ensure that all parking equipment is clean and in good working order at all times. <br />ACE to make attempt to resolve equipment issues within 15 minutes. If Consultant <br />cannot resolve the issues, they will submit a service request with the equipment <br />vendor within an hour of being notified of the equipment issue. Consultant will <br />adjust any equipment out of order to minimize traffic delays within the garages. <br />5) Ensure that rooms and spaces in the Garages are clean and maintained in a <br />professional manner at all times, including but not limited to restroom, counting <br />room, storage areas, equipment rooms, office space. <br />Expectations for Consultant’s Personnel <br />1. Consultant shall provide a list of Key Personnel to the City Engineer or their <br />designee within five business days of the Effective Date for this Agreement. The <br />list shall include the hourly rate and anticipated hours per month for each <br />classification anticipated for Part A and Part B scope for the term of this Agreement <br />for approval by the City Engineer or their designee. Consultant shall provide a <br />report of the anticipated personnel and associated hours for the upcoming month <br />and reconciliation of personnel costs for the prior month by the 15th of each month. <br />Consultant shall not replace personnel at a higher rate, except with prior written <br />approval by the City Engineer or their designee. <br />2. Consultant shall maintain close supervision over all personnel to ensure their <br />integrity and maintenance of an honest and high standard of service to the public, <br />as well as to ensure that said persons discharge their duties in a courteous and <br />efficient manner. Consultant shall not employ any persons who are not necessary <br />for performing the obligations of Consultant under this Agreement. Consultant and <br />Consultant's agents, employees and subcontractors shall avoid conflicts of interest <br />and the appearance of conflicts of interest. This includes personal, financial, or <br />professional interests which could interfere with—or appear to interfere with—their <br />ability to make objective, fair, and unbiased decisions in their official role. <br />3. Consultant shall assign only competent personnel to perform services pursuant to <br />this Agreement. The City’s City Engineer or their designee reserves the right to <br />object to any individual employee of Consultant staffing the Garages. If the City <br />Engineer or their designee does object to any individual employee staffing the <br />Garages, Consultant will immediately stop using such employee to staff the <br />Garages. <br />4. The Consultant will conduct a criminal background check on every employee prior <br />to beginning work at the Garages, and, at the City Engineer or their designee's <br />request, shall provide evidence to the City Engineer or their designee that such <br />background checks have been performed and employees have passed.
