REV: 2-24-26 LR <br />execution of this agreement Consultant will provide proof that current staff <br />assigned to the Garages have passed their background checks. <br />5. For the performance of the duties required under this Agreement, Consultant shall <br />employ at least one person at the management level whose full-time <br />responsibilities will include management and control of operations and custodial <br />maintenance including but not limited to, the supervision, employment, and training <br />of all personnel of the Garages. The Consultant's manager shall maintain direct <br />contact with the City Engineer or their designee on a weekly basis. <br />Garage Hours & Fees <br />1. The Garages shall be open and operational for public parking 365 days per year, <br />as presented in Table 1 below. The hours of operation of the Garages may be <br />revised from time to time by the City upon written notification from the City Engineer <br />or their designee. <br />2. The parking hours and rates that are to be collected by Consultant for each <br />automobile or other vehicle parked in the Garages are presented in Table 1 below. <br />3. Fees and charges may be revised by written notification from the City Engineer or <br />their designee at any time. <br />4.Consultant shall not collect any other parking rate or charges and shall not charge <br />for any service not set forth in this Agreement unless authorized by written <br />notification from the City Engineer or their designee. <br />Table 1.
