Fire apparatus and smaller vehicles will be maintained and replaced by <br />San Carlos under the Fleet Service Agreement in accordance with the standards <br />and specifications established by the Redwood City Fleet Services Division and <br />the Redwood City Fire Department and pursuant to the vehicle replacement <br />schedule set forth in the foregoing table. The vehicle replacement schedule may <br />be adjusted by mutual agreement of the Participating Agencies’ City Managers. <br /> <br />Redwood City and San Carlos entered into that certain Agreement for <br />Redwood City to Provide Fire Equipment Maintenance Services to San Carlos <br />dated June 4, 2024 (“Fleet Service Agreement”). San Carlos shall maintain the <br />Fleet Service Agreement in place for the entire Term of this Agreement. <br /> <br />3. Equipment <br /> <br />San Carlos will be responsible for the maintenance and replacement of all <br />capital equipment (equipment the amount of which collectively totals $5,000 or <br />more) located in the Fire Stations and on the Fleet (i.e. self-contained breathing <br />apparatus, communication equipment and personal protective equipment) in <br />accordance with the standards and specifications established by the Redwood <br />City Fire Department and pursuant to the Equipment Replacement Schedule, <br />available upon request. <br /> <br />Equipment used by Redwood City shall be of design, specification and <br />quality that meet the standards of the Redwood City Fire Department and the <br />Redwood City Fleet Services Division. <br /> <br />An Inventory dated October 2012 identifying all equipment owned by San <br />Carlos to be used by Redwood City for the Fire Station, Fleet, and fire suppression <br />duties is available for review upon request to Redwood City. <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: E05468C4-A699-4430-A510-E42D7232B74D
