Conduct one (1) follow-up site visit, to ensure outstanding punch list items <br />have been addressed <br />A.2 Project Schedule (Elevator Modernization) <br />Phase 1 (Initial Assessment & Report) is expected to be completed within four (4) weeks <br />following written authorization to proceed. Phase 2 (Construction Documents) is expected <br />to be completed within eight (8) to ten (10) weeks following the completion of Phase 1. <br />The schedule for Phase 3 (Bidding Assistance) will depend on the City’s procurement <br />timeline and policies, with a tentatively anticipated timeline of four (4) to five (5) weeks <br />following Phase 2. The schedule for Phase 4 (Construction Phase Services) will depend <br />on when the City chooses to enter into an agreement with a selected repair contractor, <br />and the repair contractor’s schedule for completing the repair work. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR PART B — GARAGE REPAIR <br />Consultant shall provide concrete and waterproofing repair services for the City’s two (2) <br />garages located at 750 Marshall Street and 850 Jefferson Avenue. Consultant will <br />prepare drawings and specifications and provide bid and construction phase assistance <br />for work items as outlined in Table 1. <br />Table 1.
