Agreement for Services with Metropolitan Planning Group to provide on-call general and <br />specialized consulting services for the Community Development Department's Planning <br />Division (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement for Services with <br />Metropolitan Planning Group to provide on-call general and specialized consulting services in an <br />amount not to exceed $300,000 over a 3-year period, with the option to extend for two <br />additional one-year periods at $100,000 per extension. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.E. Master Purchase Agreement for Goods, Commodities, and Services with LN Curtis & Sons for <br />essential protective gear and equipment needed for daily operations and firefighter safety <br /> (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Master Purchase Agreement <br />for Goods, Commodities, and Services with LN Curtis & Sons for a term of three (3) years in an <br />amount not to exceed an aggregate amount of $1,000,000. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 7.F. Amendment No. 2 to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Agreement with First <br />Community Housing to add $26,514 for the elevator modernization project at Villa <br />Montgomery Apartments located at 1540 El Camino Real (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to the CDBG <br />Agreement with First Community Housing, for the elevator modernization project at Villa <br />Montgomery Apartments, increasing the CDBG amount by $26,514, for a total not-to-exceed <br />CDBG amount of $509,614 for the grant period ending on March 31, 2026. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />The City has completed a National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA) review and determined <br />this CDBG funded project is categorically excluded per 24 CFR 58.35(a), and subject to laws and <br />authorities at Sections 58.5, 58.34(a)(12) and 58.35(a)(3)(ii) under the NEPA because it involves <br />rehabilitation of buildings and improvements and a Notice of Exemption was filed with the San <br />Mateo County Clerk on July 18, 2024. <br /> <br /> <br />7.A. - Page 3 of 11 <br />6
