Third-Party Services <br />The SaaS Solution integrates with third-party services or independent contractors including Stripe <br />(payment processing) and mail fulfillment providers. Use of these services is subject to the <br />respective third-party terms of service. <br />Provider shall notify the City prior to any material change in third-party service providers used to <br />deliver the SaaS Solution. <br />7. Compliance <br />Provider shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the California <br />Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and any other applicable data privacy requirements. <br />Provider shall cooperate with the City in responding to any public records requests related to City <br />Data to the extent required by the California Public Records Act or other applicable law. <br />ATTY/AGR.2026.096/TBD (Relocation Assistance Software) (Page 24 of 33)
