Funding for the Mitchell & Fair Oaks Field Synthetic Turf <br />Replacement Project was budgeted and fully funded from the Capital Outlay Fund. <br />The construction contract was awarded in the amount of $2,198,996. Three change orders were approved <br />totaling $92,150 (four percent of the original contract amount) and within the authorized contract <br />contingency of $219,990.
