Page 4 of 7 <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.F.Approval of a Purchase Agreement with Metro Mobile Communications for the <br />replacement of Redwood City Police Department portable and mobile radios <br />utilizing the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, in an <br />amount not to exceed $625,000 <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve a Purchase Agreement with Metro Mobile Communications for the <br />replacement of the Redwood City Police Department’s portable and mobile radio <br />fleet utilizing the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) <br />ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, in an amount not to exceed <br />$625,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.G.Agreement for Services with Golden State Emergency Vehicle Service, Inc. for <br />emergency vehicle repair services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, determine that due to the nature of the support services, competitive <br />bidding is not likely to serve the best interests of the City or to result in the lowest <br />price, and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a five-year <br />Agreement for Services with Golden State Emergency Vehicle Service, Inc. for <br />emergency vehicle repair services in an amount not to exceed $250,000 through <br />2031 (requires 5 affirmative votes). <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.H.Agreement for Services with Solitude Lake Management, LLC for lagoon <br />management and environmental consulting services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a two-year <br />Agreement for Services with Solitude Lake Management, LLC for lagoon <br />management and environmental consulting services in an amount not to exceed <br />$290,000, including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for three <br />additional one-year terms in an amount not to exceed $145,000 per extension, <br />for a total contract amount not to exceed $725,000. <br />4
